AUTISM SCREENING

We are pleased to inform you that our practice offers autism screenings for individuals aged 3-21. This important service can help identify symptoms and behaviors associated with autism spectrum disorders.

While our screenings cover many components typically included in a neuropsychological evaluation, please be aware that they do not constitute a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation. The latter involves a detailed and in-depth assessment of cognitive and behavioral functions using a set of standardized tests and procedures, usually conducted by a licensed neuropsychologist.

Our autism screenings, however, do provide a valuable overview of an individual’s cognitive and behavioral patterns, which can be instrumental in guiding further assessment and intervention strategies.
